  Rental and Park Information  

We have included some links and rental info for renting a bounce house or waterslide in New Orleans depending on your party location. The links are a convenience for your party planning events and some may be required information needed depending on party location. Please contact us if you have any questions about certain requirements for your location prior to event.
--Inflatables in the Park or Public Land Information--
If you are looking to host a party at a local park in New Orleans or River Parishes area then there a few items you may need prior to booking. Many require inflatable operators to carry adequate liability insurance coverage. Also, some may require permits prior to setup of inflatables on site. Please check to ensure your inflatable operator you choose has insurance required by park as well as any permits necessary. PartyZone Inflatables if fully insured for rentals at any park in New Orleans and River Parishes area. See below for some items you may need in order prior to your party date.
  • Contact us prior to booking online to discuss party location as well as any equipment desired for rental for the party
  • Contact the park where you intend on hosting the party to ensure your date is available. If you see below we have links to the contact information for some parks in the New Orleans and River Parishes area. 
  • Do they require a permit for an inflatable on grounds?
  • Do they have a power source that can be dedicated to the inflatable blower? If not we offer generators which are usually required if no power source available.
  • If proof of insurance is required, is PartyZone Inflatables LLC already on their approved vendor list? If not then please give us your contact person for the park to ensure the proof of insurance reaches the correct person prior to party date. In some cases, most parks require at least 10 days prior to party date.
  • If a permit is required, then apply for the permit and pay any necessary fees that apply.
  • Send PartyZone Inflatables a copy of the approved permit by the park for our files and most parks require it to be onsite with inflatable at party date.
  • A point of contact or responsible individual for the party must be present when PartyZone Inflatables delivery crew arrives for setup and available for safety and operation of inflatable orientation we well as signing necessary documents.
  • The point of contact or responsible individual for the park must remain present until PartyZone Inflatables delivery crew arrives to pick up the unit and inspect the inflatables prior to your departure. The delivery crews also like to ensure everyone had a great time and no lost items are found in our around the inflatables.
--Important Rental Information Prior to Party--
We have a few items listed below to ensure our customers are prepared and knowledgable for a smoother inflatable rental experience.  An inflatable must be setup in a safe and correct manner at all times.  If you have any questions on required safety operations of a set up please see our safety infomation for more details as well as our SIOTO safety certified operators training verification.  Under no circumstance will PartyZone Inflatables delivery crews setup an inflatable if they deem the area to be unsafe for operation!  As a renter of an inflatable, our customer, you are responsible for ensuring the below are well taken care of in advance of the party date.  The items below are meant to ensure everyone has a memorable and smooth experience on the date of the party.  You may also see our Dos and Donts for other relative information. 
  • A clear path must be accessable to a width of at least 39" for bounce houses and at least 48" for combo bounce houses, waterslides, slides, toddlers, and obstacle courses.  The path must be of a level surface for our dolly to manavuer the inflatable to the setup area.  Please keep in mind these inflatables can weigh anywhere between 200lbs to 1000lbs.
  • The setup area must be free and clear of any obstructions overhead and around the inflatable AT ALL TIMES.  An inflatable WILL NOT be setup anywhere close to power lines of any sort! 
  • The setup area surface must be clean of debris, rocks, sticks, trash, grass, pet feces, and any other obstructions that may stain or damage the inflatable.  Any lawn maintenance and cutting should be done at least 2 days before event to help keep some of the fresh cut grass out of the inflatable with the kids going in and out.  If the setup area is not prepared before our delivery crew is on site or if any of the following is found to have damaged the inflatable then a cleaning or damage fee will be assessed to your invoice as stated on our rental agreement.  Please treat our inflatables as your own as you would want someone to treat yours. 
  • A power source must be at least 50' and no more than 100' from the setup area.  An inflatable blower requires a dedicated circuit as most draw anywhere around 10amps.  We provide heavy duty extension cords to ensure no power loss to the blower to maintain the firmness of the inflatable during operation.
  • A minimum of one attendant for each entrance or exit for supervision of participants during operation of inflatable rental at all times.
  • There should be no obstructions within 1.5 times the height of the inflatable at all times in any direction.
  • An inflatable will not be set up in extreme weather conditions such as high winds of 25mph+, freezing temperatures, or thunderstorms under any circumstances.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
