Ask yourself if you have done your homework on an inflatable company before you put the safety of your children into the hands of some companies. Our customers have been asking us from time and time again about the safety, integrity, customer service, and so on about other companies.
We take pride in our customer service as well as the cleanliness and safety of our inflatables for your children. Our crews take the extra time to ensure the inflatable is set up correctly for supervision throughout the party as well as the safety of the inflatable is exceeding what is recommended by insurance companies or manufacturers.
The PartyZone Team has put together a few questions you should ask yourself before renting from an inflatable rental company, if you aren't going to rent from us.
1. Is the company fully insured to operate as an inflatable rental company?
2. Does the company perform safety inspections of their inflatables?
3. Are the crew, operators, or owners safety certified to set up or operate an inflatable structure?
4. Are their inflatables dissinfected and clean prior as well as upon set up?
5. Does the company set up crew explain and demonstrate the operation of the inflatable structure?
6. Does the company conduct a safety orientation on how to safely operate the inflatable structure?
7. Does the company have a set of rules or policies to ensure the safey operation of the inflatable for the duration of your party?
8. Are the crews presentable in a professional manner and uniformed upon arrival at your party location?
9. Does the crew set up the inflatable structure to the manufacturers, safety organizations, and governing bodies requirements?
If one of these questions are neither answered at all or the company isn't able to provide you with the information then you should ask yourself one question. "Is it worth the little money I may save from this company to disregard the safety of the kids as well as other guests that may endure hours of fun at my party"?

PartyZone Answers/Comments to the concerns above...
1. We are fully insured and currently have a insurance policy on every inflatable we own up to 1 million dollar policy. Our certificate is available to you if you need a copy upon delivery or reservation. If you are renting at a public location or park then they REQUIRE the company to show proof of insurance up to 1M as well as include them on their policy.
2. We perform inspections of every inflatable during cleaning and safety inspection process prior to every rental as well as post rental. The crews inspect each inflatable once set up at your location to ensure the inflatable structure meets manufacturers and safety organizations standards. The crews also do a walk through with our customers to demonstrate the safe operation of the inflatable for the duration of your rental period of your party. Our inflatable are inspected up the governing bodies guidelines thus required by the state.
3. We are safety certified by SIOTO, which is a safety organization for inflatable operators. Our crews and PartyZone Team are currently certified in Basic and Advanced Operations of inflatable structures. 4. Our inflatables are cleaned prior to arrival at your party location as well as once the inflatable is set up to be inspected before use. We ensure our inflatables are completely dissinfected of any germs that may be left behind by other persons prior to your rental. If you are allergic to certain cleaners then please inform us prior to your rental.
5. Our crew explains, demostrates, and completes a walk through overview of the safe operation of the inflatable structure you are renting. They will explain how to use the blower in case of emergency, how the unit is staked down properly to prevent the inflatable from tipping over or flying away, the capacity of the inflatable structure which is posted near the entrance of every inflatable. The crew will answer any questions or concerns you may have to ensure you are qualified to be the safe operator or supervisor of the inflatable structure for the duration of the rental/party.
6. As said above, our crews will give a completed orientation on the safe operation of the inflatable rented.
7. Our company has a set of rules and policies to help ensure the safety of your children during their play in our inflatable structures. It is extremely important that the rules be followed for the duration of the party. Our crews will go over every rule and policy to make sure our customers understand the importance of the safety rules set forth. The manufacturer also has rules and policies posted near the entrance of the inflatable structures. ALL RULES AND POLICIES MUST BE FOLLOWED!!! 8. Our crews are uniformed and present themselves in a professional manner for the duration of your experience with us. The crews are uniformed in bright yellow company shirts so our customers know exactly who is on their property. Our crews will introduce themselves upon arrival and inform you of their presence upon pick up of the inflatable. We will never assume it is OK to enter your property without prior authorization if nobody is present.
9. All of our inflatables are set up according to the guidelines and restrictions set forth by the governing bodies or safety organizations as well as the manufacturers. Our crews make sure we go the extra mile in our set up process to exceed the minimal requirements to ensure a fun and safe party!
