We would like to wish our friendly customers a Happy Holidays to you and your families. The holidays has brought us some new friends and customers to join the PartyZone family. Our goal is to keep our loyal customers up to date on our discounts, new products, specials packages we are working on. The new programs we are starting in 2012 will keep our PartyZone friends and customers together as well as helping with new ones.

New Programs for 2012
We invite all of our loyal customers to check in with us on the new programs starting in 2012. One of the new programs will be our referral program with existing customers or even potential new ones who register with our online inflatable rental store. Our registry for new customers will give them the option to tell us who referred them to us. We will in return send our valued customers a gift certificate towards their next inflatable rental with us! The gift certificate will able to be used on top of all discount offers at the time of reservation. Another program will be our review of our services and fun online program. We want to get feedback from our customers and get reviews on various websites as well as our own. The reviews will help us as well as help our valued customers. We will send a $10 gift card directly mailed to the registered customers address. Our hopes are to get as much feedback and reviews as we can through our trusted valued customers. Once a rental has been completed we will send an email with websites we would like to get our customers to leave reviews on. The most popular review site would be Google for our services reviews.  Please don't forget that our repeat customers receive a 10% off instant discount which will be applied on top of any discounts offered at any time at reservation.  If your discount is not applied directly please contact us prior to reservation to ensure you loyalty is recognized.

SIOTO is dedicated to industry standard training and the rental operators displaying these seals have proven their commitment by accepting these standards as their way of safe operations in the inflatable party rental industry.

SIOTO is very unique and differs from many other organizations in that we do not simply ask our members to operate safely, we actually train them in safe operating procedures through a series of safety courses. Rental Tips!

Before you even commit to an operator you need to ask a few basic questions:

 

  1. Are they insured and will they supply a copy of the insurance certificate?
     
  2. Are they trained/experienced in inflatable operations?
     
  3. What safety measures do they provide YOU with?

Price should not even be a consideration!

After the operator arrives, they should do the following and it is your job to pay attention to help make sure its done properly.
 

  1. A tarp should be placed on the ground to protect the bottom of the unit.
     
  2. The unit should be staked down or heavily weighted down with ground weights or sandbags.
     
  3. When the unit is inflated make sure there are no rips or holes visible.
     
  4. Make sure the unit is fully inflated and not sagging anywhere.
     
  5. The operator MUST cover all operating and safety procedures verbally, and should leave printed instructions as well.

    It is your responsibility to ask questions if you do not understand anything particular.

After the operator leaves, you should always:
 

  1. Attend the unit at all times.
     
  2. Keep children age 3 and under OUT of the unit.
     
  3. Make sure all children are grouped according to SIZE.
     
  4. DO NOT exceed the maximum ride capacity at any time.
     
  5. Perform safety checks of the equipment frequently. Operators will show you how.
     
  6. Turn the unit off during inclement weather or high winds.
     
  7. Seek medical attention for ALL injuries IF they occur.
     
  8. Follow ALL posted safety rules at all times.


These simple tips will help keep you safe and allow you to enjoy the rental of your inflatable. Remember, safety first, safety always! Safety is everyone's job!
